As a new client of 919 Dog you can save money by booking your pet care services ahead of time… Just as you would get a better deal and the most bang for your buck when booking a hotel room or an airline ticket month’s in advance, and not last minute.

$55 Meet & Greet Fee [Required]

Mandatory fee for all new clients. Required during the online booking of the initial consultation (meet & greet) on our website. This is a one-time fee for all new clients enrolling in overnight / extended sitting services. Fee covers our administrative and travel expenses when we come out to meet with you and your pets in-your-home prior to the start of dog walking and/or overnight sitting services.

$100 Late Reservation/Surcharge Fee [Optional/Flex]

This fee is waived if your booking is scheduled and paid for at least 30 days in advance. Since our overnight / dog walking schedules are primarily made at least a month in advance, we will have to charge a flat-fee of $100 on all bookings that will require us to re-arrange planned daily/nightly routes and schedules that have been previously confirmed.

  • Example 1: If you book your overnight / extended sitting on December 1 and your overnight / extended sitting starts on January 1 or later, then you won’t be charged the $100 fee.
  • Example 2: If you book your overnight / extended sitting on December 1 and your overnight / extended sitting starts within less than a 30 day period, lets say December 25, then you will be charged the $100 fee.

The $100 surcharge fee can be applied as a credit towards subsequent future overnight / extended sitting bookings, only if the new booking is going to be reserved within at least 30 days in advance with a prior notice and based on availability/approval.

If all of your bookings will be requested without at least a 30 days advanced notice, you will be charged $100 each and every time you book services with us. The $100 surcharge fee collected from “late bookings” is only valid as a credit for exactly 90 days from the date of being issued. If unused within approximately 3 month’s, your credit will expire.

Cancellations/Refunds/Changes [Available/Refundable]

At 919 Dog we understand that life is unpredictable and you may have to cancel previously scheduled/booked services sometimes. Should you choose to cancel any or all pet related service that you have requested and already paid for, you may do so freely at any given time, by simply notifying us in advance (as required and outlined below) by first e-mailing support@919dog.com and then optionally also calling 919-827-1155 to request termination of services and a refund if applicable. You must notify us well in advance, in order to avoid being charged any cancellation fees as outlined below.

Once we have received your cancellation/refund request in writing, it will be promptly reviewed, and if deemed valid then an immediate payment refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. You will receive a full refund in the form of an automatic credit to your debit card, credit card, or a company issued check if requested.

* * PLEASE NOTE: Once you book overnight / extended sitting services, your dates are 100% locked in and guaranteed. We won’t penalize clients for cancellations if we are notified in advance at least 28 days. If you are cancelling with less than 21 days from the start of your scheduled sitting, your partial refund will be processed based on the following timelines:

  • Cancellation with at least 28 days notice: 100% refund issued
  • Cancellation with at least 21 days notice: 75% refund issued
  • Cancellation with at least 14 days notice: 50% refund issued
  • Cancellation with at least 7 days notice: 25% refund issued

* * * Cancellations within a week of the start of a sitting (approximately within 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 days) will not be issued any refunds.

When we officially book your sittings, we turn down other client’s requests for sittings on those same corresponding dates, and guarantee availability of services during the specific length of your vacation/trip/etc. If your plans suddenly change for any reason given or not, 919 Dog is required to be compensated according to the outlined schedule above.

At 919 Dog we always try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, and are happy to offer 100% worry-free refunds on properly notified cancellations and 100% fee-free modifications to existing bookings that may require partial changes, ie; adding/removing services to a previously scheduled booking.
